How to prepare:
* We prepare a large bowl, put an amount of oil in it, heat it well, then put the sausage in it and stir for two minutes.
* After browning the sausage, add sliced onions and peppers to it, add chopped garlic, and continue to stir.
* All spices are added gradually while continuing to saute over the fire.
* Served with local bread or in fino sandwiches.
